COMFORT STARTS WITH FLOORING
Imagine Flooring is Airstep’s new flooring sub-brand. They specialise in numerous types of laminate, timber, and flooring accessories.
They found it was challenging to launch a B2B hybrid e-commerce website. They wanted to be welcoming to B2C end-users, while also having a business design and information-heavy site intended for their B2B audience.
We worked on bridging the gap between the B2B and B2C sections. Our team incorporated UX design with a look and feel that accommodated both the vendor and the individual user. We also used a pastel colour scheme to represent the brand and make it more inviting.
After the website went live, more than 100 new shops and suppliers signed up to sell the Imagine Flooring line. Following this success, the client is considering developing yet another sub-brand based on its main flooring line.
