Masci Group is a long-established business run by brothers Marc and Daniel. They specialise in property development and construction. There are four subsidiary companies operating under the Masci Group, so it was vital that they developed a clear and intuitive brand architecture. The group has a firm grasp on the residential and commercial property world, combining their family knowledge with extensive experience working across all sectors of construction. What sets them apart is their passion for partnership, mentorship, and the ability to turn other businesses into household names.
Despite successfully operating for 22 years, the Masci Group had never mapped out a comprehensive brand strategy. Faced with a complex and evolving brand portfolio, growth would have been even more difficult without a clear roadmap to guide their next moves. Masci Group wanted to grow and ensure their legacy, so it was crucial for them to craft a strong brand identity. They wanted to be seen as a future-facing business, and instil a sense of purpose in everything they do.
We carried out a comprehensive brand strategy workshop. We wanted to map out their brand foundations, not only for the Masci Group but for the other brands under their umbrella. We also learned about and understood their mission and goals, which helped us continue to develop their branding guidelines and website.
Following our workshop, Marc and Daniel were able to envisage Masci Group’s future; achievable by working towards new long-term goals. We helped challenge them to refine their vision and developed a new brand architecture for the entire Masci Group.
Emboldened with a clear vision and goals in their sights, they’re now ready to grow each of their companies. Now that they know the company’s direction going forward, they can put all their energy into mentoring hungry entrepreneurs.
