Travelmints is a travel consultancy born from a content creator’s blog about luxury resorts and hotels. After a few years in the game, the founder saw a gap in the market and seized the opportunity to use her expertise. She wanted to support the travel and hospitality industry via their newest product offering; a Guest Experience Audit.
Initially, Travelmints was a labour of love, backed only by the founder’s personal connection to the travel and hospitality industry. There wasn’t an overarching brand identity. The founder wanted to turn this source of information into a respected industry name.
Confusion surrounded how to establish the right tone of voice, vision, and mission in an already highly saturated market. Additionally, their logo was in urgent need of an upgrade to reflect the elite nature of their information.
RC conducted a full workshop for all of Travelmints to participate in, which resulted in a distinct brand identity being established. Now, the team has a clear understanding of how to promote their newest product offering to their target audience.
After a comprehensive branding workshop, the Travelmints team was able to pivot the company from an average travel blog to a business ready to take the industry by storm. RC helped them stand out from the crowd.
